Dinolytic

Dinolytic contains 5 mg/ml dinoprost (prostaglandin F2α as the tromethamine salt) with benzyl alcohol, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, and water for injections. Has luteolytic activity and stimulating effect on smooth muscle. Half-life — 5–10 minutes, metabolized in the liver.

Dose for cows — 5 cm³ (25 mg dinoprost). For estrus synchronization, injected twice with 10–12-day interval; insemination 72–90 hours after the second injection. For endometritis, pyometra — once. Milk — no restrictions. Slaughter — after 48 hours. Storage: 2–25°C, 2 years. Pack: glass vials 10 ml.
