Drug description

Draxxin

Draxxin contains 100 mg/ml tulathromycin with monothioglycerol, propylene glycol, citric acid, and water for injections. Tulathromycin is active against Mannheimia haemolytica, P. multocida, Haemophilus somnus, Mycoplasma bovis, Moraxella bovis, and Neisseria spp. Accumulates in neutrophils and alveolar macrophages. Half-life — approximately 90 hours.

Cattle: 1 ml per 40 kg body weight once subcutaneously. For animals over 300 kg — no more than 7.5 ml per injection site. Do not use in lactating cows. Slaughter — after 49 days. Storage: 2–25°C, 3 years; after opening — 28 days. Pack: vials 100 and 250 ml.
