Excede
Excede contains 200 mg/ml ceftiofuric acid (crystalline free acid) with medium-chain triglycerides and cottonseed oil. Active against Pasteurella haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Haemophilus somnus, Fusobacterium necrophorum, Porphiromonas levii, and E. coli. Maximum plasma concentration at 12 hours, therapeutic level maintained for at least 7 days.
Administered once subcutaneously at the base of the ear: 1 ml per 30 kg body weight (no more than 30 ml per injection site). Milk — no restrictions. Slaughter — after 20 days. Storage: 2–25°C, 2 years; after opening — 28 days. Pack: 100 ml vials.
