Drug description
Antibacterial Agent SYNULOX RTU
Synulox RTU is an injection suspension containing 140 mg amoxicillin (as amoxicillin trihydrate) and 35 mg clavulanic acid (as potassium clavulanate) per 1 mL.
The product has a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against most gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including β-lactamase-producing strains: Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., E. coli, Pasteurella spp., and others.
Synulox RTU is used for respiratory diseases, post-partum infections, mastitis, and skin/soft tissue infections. Administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously at 8.75 mg/kg (1 mL per 20 kg) once daily for 3–5 days.
Do not use in animals with known allergy to penicillins. Shelf life: 2 years. Store at 2°C to 25°C.
