Tiletamine is a dissociative anesthetic with pronounced analgesic action. Zolazepam is a benzodiazepine tranquilizer that potentiates the anesthetic effect of tiletamine.

Administered by deep intramuscular injection. Dogs: clinical examination — 7–10 mg/kg; minor surgery — 10–13 mg/kg; extensive surgery — up to 25 mg/kg. Cats: examination — 10–12 mg/kg; minor surgery — 10.5–12.5 mg/kg; extensive surgery — 14–16 mg/kg.

Contraindicated in pancreatic disease, cardiovascular/respiratory disorders, and hypertension. Not for use in pregnant animals or during caesarean section. Store at 15°C–30°C. Shelf life: 2 years.
