Drug description
Canine Vaccine VANGUARD 7 (DHPPi 2L)
Vanguard 7 is a combination vaccine consisting of two components. The first component (Vanguard DA2Pi) contains attenuated canine distemper virus, adenovirus type II, and canine parainfluenza virus. The second component (Vanguard CPV-L) contains Leptospira Canicola and Icterohaemorragiae and attenuated canine parvovirus.
The vaccine induces an immune response 21 days after the second dose. Duration of immunity is 12 months.
Dogs are vaccinated starting from 8 weeks of age. Primary vaccination consists of two doses at 8 and 12 weeks of age (three-dose schedule at 5, 8, and 12 weeks is also permitted). Annual revaccination is required. Vaccination of pregnant bitches is prohibited.
Store at 2°C to 8°C. Do not freeze. Shelf life: 24 months.
