1. Delivery time and cost? Which regions?

We deliver throughout Uzbekistan. Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days depending on the region. The cost is calculated individually when placing an order.

2. Minimum order quantity?

It is set individually depending on the product category. For clarification, please contact our manager.

3. Do you work only with businesses or with private farmers as well?

We primarily work with legal entities — poultry farms, agricultural holdings, and veterinary clinics. Private farmers can also contact us for a consultation.

4. Payment terms?

We offer flexible terms: prepayment or partial prepayment with the remaining balance due upon delivery. Installment terms are discussed individually for regular partners.

5. Are there official certificates and documents for the products?

All preparations and equipment have official registration in Uzbekistan and are accompanied by a full package of documents — quality certificates, registration certificates, and instructions.

6. Do you provide veterinary consultations?

Yes. WellRise has a staff veterinarian who provides consultations on product selection, vaccination schedules, and disease prevention. The consultation is provided free of charge.

7. What is the technical support period for the equipment?

Technical support for HSW equipment is provided throughout its entire service life. Response time to inquiries is no more than 24 hours on business days.

8. What to do if the product is defective?

In case of a manufacturing defect, we provide a replacement or a refund. It is necessary to notify us within the specified period from the moment of receipt and provide supporting photographic materials.

9. How is the cold chain (GDP) ensured during delivery?

Temperature-sensitive preparations and vaccines are transported in compliance with the cold chain: refrigerated trucks, thermal containers, and continuous temperature control throughout the entire route.

10. When are certificates and original documents provided?

Documents are provided together with the goods at each delivery. Upon request, we can provide them in advance for coordination.

11. Is it possible to get a consultation on preparations and vaccines?

Yes, our veterinary specialist is ready to help with product selection, dosage, and application protocol. Contact us by phone, email, or via the form on the website.

12. Are there discounts and wholesale prices?

Individual terms and discounts are provided for regular clients and large orders. Please check with the manager for details.
