Drug description

Bovi-Shield Gold FP5 L5

The vaccine consists of two components. The lyophilized component contains attenuated IBR, BVD types 1 and 2, PI-3, and BRSV viruses with gentamicin, casein, gelatin, lactose, and Hanks medium. The liquid component contains inactivated leptospira of Canicola, Grippotyphosa, Hardjo, Icterohaemorrhagiae, and Pomona serogroups with thimerosal and aluminum hydroxide.

Immunity against IBR, BVD, PI-3, BRSV, and leptospirosis develops 3 weeks after two vaccinations, lasting at least 12 months. Healthy cows and replacement heifers are vaccinated twice with a 3–4-week interval. After mixing, administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously in the neck at 2 ml. Slaughter — not earlier than 21 days. Storage: 2–7°C, 18 months.
