Antibacterial — Sulphadimidine 5g for septicemia, pneumonia, Salmonella and Pasteurella infections
Highly effective against wide range of bacterial, protozoal and certain rickettsial organisms
Large animals: 0.2g per kg BW (1-2 bolus per 50kg), then half dose for 3-5 days
Small animals: 1g per 5kg BW, then half dose for 3-5 days. Available as: 5g bolus

Drug description
SULPHACARE — Antibacterial Sulphadimidine 5g
Highly effective against bacterial, protozoal and rickettsial organisms in septicemia, pneumonia, Salmonella, Pasteurella and coliform infections.
Dosage: Large animals — 0.2g/kg BW (1-2 bolus per 50kg, then half dose for 3-5 days). Small animals — 1g per 5kg, then half dose for 3-5 days. Available as: 5g bolus.
